With Foreclosures at an all time high and the scuttlebutt of
a recession, South Minnesota House Buyers has decided to
purchase a foreclosed house, rejuvenate it and then GIVE
IT AWAY to a deserving family here in Rochester.
Interested families will have to write a paragraph about
why they believe their family deserves this house. All
entries will be read by an outside source until the top three
are selected. Those three will be interviewed by us and the
winner announced.

But, we can not do this on our own. South Minnesota House
Buyers is asking for your help with a donation of just ONE
DOLLAR. Help us give a family a new chance to make a
life for themselves here in Rochester. Your donation will go
towards the purchase of a foreclosed house, it's renovation
and closing costs.
